We invite you to support the work of International Christian Centre Mombasa as we seek to touch our city with the love of Christ, impact the nation of Kenya, inspire Africa and change the world.<\/span>
<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\nWHY Give\n

First and foremost, God wants us to give because it shows that we recognize he is truly the Lord of our lives.<\/span>
<\/p>

“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.” <\/span>James 1:17 NIV<\/p>

Everything we own and everything we have comes from God. So, when we give, we simply offer him a small portion of the abundance he has already given to us.<\/p>

Giving is an expression of our thankfulness and praise to God. It comes from a heart of worship that recognizes everything we have and give already belongs to the Lord.<\/p>

Giving of the tithe is a scriptural principle in the word of God where God asks us to give the first 10% of our income. The other principle of giving we see in scripture is God asking us to honor Him with the first fruits of our increase and He promises to cause our barns to be filled with plenty. <\/p>

May God fulfill His word in your life as you honor Him with your giving.<\/p>

It\u2019s impossible to out-give God, but you\u2019ll never regret trying<\/u><\/em><\/span>

Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.<\/p>\n

“<\/i>Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,\u201d says the Lord Almighty, \u201cand see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.” <\/span>Malachi 3:10<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
